We have been trading as Bagcraft Of Leigh since 1977. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and the high service levels that we offer. We have many far too many items to list on this site so please contact us if you cant see it !

In 2004 we were awarded by Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd in the presence of Sir Richard Branson the award of top contractor in their Heroes Awards ceremony.

Making A Purchase
Our order acceptance policy ,

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit card and debit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Electron cards are excepted in-store ONLY.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

You may may give your credit card details via phone, fax, over the Internet.

When confirmation processing of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice confirming payment has been received. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

All dimensions, weights and litres that are shown are a combination of details supplied by the manufactuers and our own findings, and to the best of our knowledge are correct, but could be subject to change.


Items are photographed using high resolution imaging equipment and uploaded onto our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Our WEB price for an item may differ from our in-store price for the same item.

We reserve the right to delivery to the cardholders statement address Only.







Shipping And Handling Free delivery exsists on all purchases within mainland U.K.

All items dispatched will require a signature on receipt.

Certain items can only be delivered to the cardholders statement address, when this is the situation you will be advised once we send back a received email for your order.

Supplements exsists for faster delivery services.

We do ship to the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland but there will be a supplement which we will advise.


WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF ENGLAND WITH THE EXCEPTION TO THE ABOVE.



Delivery Schedule For orders that are received Monday to Friday before 3pm and for items that are in stock, dispatch will take place same day.

For items that are sent by Citylink, delivery will be next working day [Monday to friday) between the hours of8.30 am to 5pm. Items sent by Citylink on Friday will be delivered Monday. (signature required on receipt)

For items sent by Royal Mail ( jiffy bag size ) , delivery can be expected within 5 working days as items are sent 2nd class Royal Mail. In some instances a supplement may be payable for faster or small delivery windows, ie. Saturday or am or pm.

PLEASE ASK US FOR A PRICE for a particular delivery preference. A signature may be required on delivery.
For orders that are placed on line, an email is sent confirming dispatch of goods.

Please note the above is applicable for stock items only and for items being delivered within mainland England.

PLEASE ASK if you would like confirmation what service your item has been sent with.


Please note that should you not be in when CITYLINK deliver they will leave a card with a telephone number to call to arrange redelivery , please call within 48 hours to organise delivery or collection , as the carrier will NOT come back automatically.

If you call Citylink to re-arrange a second delivery and you are not in to receive, a third delivery will cost you an additional £5.00 plus VAT and each additional attempt thereafter.


If you do not telephone the number on the card within the 48 hours there is a possibility the item will be sent back to us, should you still require the item thereafter you will be charged £10.00 PLUS vat.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown.

Failure to meet compliance standards can result in fines from credit card companies and banks and even the loss of the ability to process credit cards.
Guarantee Most of our items come with various Manufacturers warranties. Where the manufacturer does not state the warranty of an item supplied, we will issue our own guarantee for a period of 6 months.

In the event of your goods developing fault after 6 months we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This can be the quickest way and most cost effective to have a fault repaired or diagnosed.

If we handle the warranty inspection and process on your behalf for an item under 6 months, we will reimburse the carriage charges once the item has been received back, and we or the manufactuer has confirmed it as faulty.

Should your item develop a manufacturing fault covered under the warranty after the first year then you will responsible for all carriage charges to us and returned from us.


Always in the first instance you will need a return code from ourselves.

We will not reimburse more than £6.00 large jiffy or £10.00 large box for the carriage charges return to us. ( Please call if you need advice)

We will need you to obtain a receipt which we will require if we rebate your carriage charges.

If you send the item back yourself we recommend that you ensure that you are covered for the cost of the item back to us as we can NOT take responsibility for the item until its received back to us undamaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is either returned in its original box/packaging or similar quality packaging for the items protection in transit.



This does not affect your statutory rights.



Guarantees covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse caused by a baggage handler/ carrier . WE WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS THAT MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEES ONLY COVER POSSIBLE DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP AND NOT DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO MISHANDLING IN TRANSIT.

WE ADVISE YOU TO INSPECT YOUR LUGGAGE IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT HAVE BEEN HANDLED BY A CARRIER AND SHOULD YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT A CLAIM BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING THE COMMON CARRIER AT THE PLACE OF ARRIVAL, IF POSSIBLE BEFORE CLEARING CUSTOMS AS THIS TENDS TO BE THE BEST PROCEDURE.

SHOULD YOU SPOT THE PROBLEM AFTER LEAVING THE LAST POINT OF TRANSPORT ARRIVAL WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO IMEDIATELY CONTACT THE CARRIER LAST TRAVELLED WITH TO REPORT THE PROBLEM, ENSURING YOU OBATIN A CLAIM REFERENCE.

Returns Policy
Our policy details on returns stated herewith are for items purchased on our web site or over the phone.


We operate a different returns policy for customers who purchase from us within our store. ( see instore for details or contact us regarding the instore returns policy)

If you change your mind within 7 days of receipt we will gladly refund payment, provided;

* You have informed us prior to returning the goods and have received confirmation by EMAIL or TEXT back from us with a returns number.

* The goods that you are returning are unused and returned back to us in the excellent condition that they were received, free of household smells, marks etc with the original tags and bags etc.

* We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct up to 25% of the original selling price if these conditions are not met


* Return charges are met by yourself, we recommend insurance cover where necessary, certificate of posting does not mean proof of receipt by Bagcraft. A service that covers the cost of the item that you are sending back. ( We can advise if required)


* We cannot accept responsibility for any item you are returning until we have received it, Bagcraft are not liable for any item lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received we email to confirm.

* Carriage charges are non- refundable with the exception of goods being confirmed once received back by us as faulty, either by us or the manufacturer, (Applies 6 months from original receipt date of goods)

* We will not refund carriage for faulty goods if the carriage exceeds £6.00 for a large jiffy bag, or £10.00 for a box. ( please call for advice)

* We will need a receipt of the carriage you have paid for you to receive a refund on a faulty item.

* You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of your order being placed. We will refund your money immediately prior to goods being sent out, and immediately of goods being returned, providing the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition and our sales receipt is included.

* On receipt of your email and our acknowledgement for return, we will ask for item to be returned to us within 30 days .

* Should we send the incorrect item we will refund the carriage back to us, but the above conditions still apply with regard to the fact that we can not accept responsibility until safely received back to us.

* ANY ITEM WHERE WE GAVE A FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED,AT THE SAME TIME , FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE FREE GIFTS RETAIL VALUE BEING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR MAIN ITEMS RETURN REFUND.
