Bagcraft UK Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.

We have been trading as Bagcraft Of Leigh since 1977. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and the high service levels that we offer. We have many far too many items to list on this site so please contact us if you cant see it !

In 2004 we were awarded by Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd in the presence of Sir Richard Branson the award of top contractor in their Heroes Awards ceremony.

We are also members of the Federation Of Small Businesses.

WE ONLY SHIP OVERSEAS IF THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY AMERICAN EXPRESS OR A VERIFIED PAY PAL ACCOUNT THATS ADDRESS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit card and debit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship when paying with the credit/debit card option. PAY PAL will take the payment immediately. Electron cards are excepted in-store ONLY.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

You may may give your credit card details via phone, fax, over the Internet.

When confirmation processing of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice confirming payment has been received. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order or visit our shop.

All dimensions, weights and litres that are shown are a combination of details supplied by the manufacturers and our own findings, and to the best of our knowledge are correct, but could be subject to change.

Items are photographed using high resolution imaging equipment and uploaded onto our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Our WEB price for an item may differ from our in-store price for the same item.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES, please ask us for the shipping charge , (please see tax charges), BEFORE placing your order.

Certain items can only be delivered to the cardholders statement address, when this is the situation you will be advised once we send back a received email for your order.

CARRIERS, we use various , depending on the size of item, and delivery destination.

Deliveries are generally during 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, supplements can be paid for AM or PM delivery and Saturday.

If you are not available to receive your delivery, you are advised to call the number on the card left by the carrier within 24 hours to arrange your second delivery, otherwise there is risk of the item being sent back to us.

Hermes operate a delivery schedule in the region of 5 working days , and may leave with a neighbour , leave safe , or leave a card.

Interlink Express , will leave a card if your not there to receive the first attempt, please call the number on the card left to arrange. second attempt.

Royal Mail, will leave a card if you are not home , or possibly leave with a neighbour ( new scheme Sept 2012)

Should our courier return packages to us as undelivered( and we have advised by email of a first/second attempt) a charge of £10.00 will apply , and if the item is still required after this a charge of £10.00 will apply for its return to you , and we will only be able to re-send the package once the customer has agreed and paid the charge. This charge is made as in most circumstances we have been billed for the returned item.

Supplements exists for faster delivery services.

We do ship to the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, highlands of Scotland , but there will be a supplement which we will advise.
Delivery Schedule

IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE , PLEASE ENQUIRE BEFORE YOU ORDER TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT

For items that are sent by Interlink , delivery will be next working day [Monday to Friday) between the hours of 8.30 am to 5pm. Items sent on Friday will be delivered Monday. (signature required on receipt)

For items sent with Hermes , deliveries may take up to 5 working days, and LONGER due to the Christmas period.

For items sent by Royal Mail ( jiffy bag size ) , delivery can be expected within 5 working days as items are sent 2nd class Royal Mail. In some instances a supplement may be payable for faster or small delivery windows, ie. Saturday or am or pm.

PLEASE ASK US FOR A PRICE for a particular delivery preference. A signature may be required on delivery.
For orders that are placed on line, an email is sent confirming dispatch of goods.

Please note the above is applicable for stock items only and for items being delivered within mainland England.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will try our best to back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the prices shown.


If you purchase items for delivery abroad please be aware that extra duties may be payable. We are not responsible for these duties, and by accepting these conditions you accept that you are liable for any extra costs incurred, including return carriage fees and penalty fees when refusing to pay duties.

Guarantee
Most of our items come with various Manufacturers warranties. Where the manufacturer does not state the warranty of an item supplied, we will issue our own guarantee for a period of 3 months.

In the event of your goods developing a fault after 3 months we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This can be the quickest way and most cost effective to have a fault repaired or diagnosed.

If we handle the warranty inspection and process on your behalf for an item under 3 months, we will reimburse the carriage charges once the item has been received back, and we or the manufacturer has confirmed it as faulty.

For an item between three months to one year, on confirmation of a manufacturing defect, we will return the item free of charge once repaired,

If it is found after inspection by ourselves/manufacturer that the product has no fault, and you wish for the return of the item, this will be at your expense ( paid before in advance before dispatch back)

Should your item develop a manufacturing fault covered under the warranty after the first year then you will responsible for all carriage charges to us and returned from us.

Always in the first instance you will need a return code from ourselves.

We recommend Hermes uk for sending items back to us.

We will need you to obtain a receipt which we will require if we rebate your carriage charges.

If you send the item back yourself we recommend that you ensure that you are covered for the cost of the item back to us as we can NOT take responsibility for the item until its received back to us undamaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is either returned in its original box/packaging or similar quality packaging for the items protection in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantees covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse caused by a baggage handler/ carrier . WE WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS THAT MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEES ONLY COVER POSSIBLE DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP AND NOT DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO MISHANDLING IN TRANSIT.

WE ADVISE YOU TO INSPECT YOUR LUGGAGE IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT HAVE BEEN HANDLED BY A CARRIER AND SHOULD YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT A CLAIM BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING THE COMMON CARRIER AT THE PLACE OF ARRIVAL, IF POSSIBLE BEFORE CLEARING CUSTOMS AS THIS TENDS TO BE THE BEST PROCEDURE.

SHOULD YOU SPOT THE PROBLEM AFTER LEAVING THE LAST POINT OF TRANSPORT ARRIVAL WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO IMEDIATELY CONTACT THE CARRIER LAST TRAVELLED WITH TO REPORT THE PROBLEM, ENSURING YOU OBATIN A CLAIM REFERENCE.

Returns Policy
Our policy details on returns stated herewith are for items purchased on our web site or over the phone.

We operate a different returns policy for customers who purchase from us within our store. ( see in-store for details or contact us regarding the in-store returns policy)

If you change your mind within 14 days of receipt we will gladly refund payment, provided;

* You have informed us prior to returning the goods, and have received confirmation by EMAIL or TEXT back from us with a returns number.

* The goods that you are returning are unused and returned back to us in the excellent condition that they were received, free of household smells, marks etc with the original tags and bags and PAPERWORK.

* We receive the item back by the date we advise on the email.

* We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 33% of the original selling price on a returned item if our conditions are not met.

* 10% reduction up to 7 days after 14 day period
20% reduction up to 14 days after 14 day period
30% reduction up to 21days after 14 day period
33% reduction up to 28 days after 14 day period (maximum period for consideration)


* Return charges are met by yourself, we recommend insurance cover where necessary, certificate of posting does not mean proof of receipt by Bagcraft. ( We can advise if required)

* We cannot accept responsibility for any item you are returning until we have received it, Bagcraft are not liable for any item lost or damaged in transit.

* Refunds should be applied to your payment method within 14 days of receipt by us, and ask you to email or telephone if this not the case.

* Carriage charges are non- refundable with the exception of goods being confirmed once received back by us as faulty, either by us or the manufacturer, (Applies 6 months from original receipt date of goods)

* We will not refund carriage for faulty goods if the carriage exceeds £6.00 . ( please call for advice)

* We will need a receipt of the carriage you have paid for you to receive a refund on a faulty item.

* You may cancel your order anytime before goods are dispatched.

* If you wish to exchange an item that you have ordered for the same or higher value , we the reserve the right to charge carriage for your replacement item, along with any cost in the difference of the item you wish to exchange. (further exchanges are not permitted once an original exchange has taken place)

* ANY ITEM WHERE WE GAVE A FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED,AT THE SAME TIME , FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE FREE GIFTS RETAIL VALUE BEING DEDUCTED FROM YOUR MAIN ITEMS RETURN REFUND.
